Getting “The House” Ready

A 3-month program with The Clear Way to Conceive method

This is for you if conceiving has been a struggle or you simply want to ensure you’re the healthiest possible before trying to conceive. You will learn how to slow down and embrace a new lifestyle so that your baby can take hold in a friendly environment, instead of one that is pumping with cortisol (the stress hormone) and toxins!

Includes 6 private coaching sessions, virtually or in person.

How it works

The Assessment (initial 90-minute intake session)

Together, we will discuss your current lifestyle including your diet, sleep patterns, work schedule, stress level, and more. This will allow me to uncover the most important changes you need to make in order to prep your body and mind for baby. After the assessment, we will co-create a plan that includes everything from what to eat for breakfast (fertility smoothie recipe included) to the highest quality prenatal vitamin to take to the workouts that are best for you as you prepare for pregnancy.

The Physical Detox (45-minute follow up session)

Following your assessment, I will provide guidance around how to remove as many toxins from your life as possible. That includes everything from your current diet to the products you use in your home and on your skin. As well as methods to reduce stress-one of the most toxic elements of a busy lifestyle.

The Mental Detox (45-minute follow up session)

This is where we will dive into your current mindset and inner beliefs about yourself and your body. Together, we will uncover the internal habits and thoughts that are blocking you from truly welcoming a child into your world.

The Lifestyle Shift (three 45-minute coaching sessions)

Following the physical and mental detoxes, we will begin to create new habits and behaviors that are going to 100% prepare you for conception and pregnancy. These sessions are completely customized to your unique set of needs, and will include nutrition guidelines specifically for you – think prenatal supplements and fertility smoothies.

The Results.

If all goes well, you will walk away with not only a new way of life, but a new life growing inside of you.

Pretty Pregnant

Keeping calm at carrying on in the first 3 months

This is you if you’re already pregnant (congratulations!!!) and want support moving through the first trimester to ensure your baby continues to grow strong and healthy. Together, we will map out a diet, exercise, and self-care plan so that you remain healthy and do everything necessary to support your baby’s development. You’ll be dialing things back big time!

Include 6 private coaching sessions, virtually or in person.

How it works

The Customized Plan

After a lifestyle assessment, we will co-create a plan that includes everything from what to eat for breakfast (fertility smoothie recipe included) to the highest quality prenatal vitamin to take to the workouts that are best for you at this time in your pregnancy. We’ll also develop self-care routine that allows you to reconnect with your body and feminine energy on a daily basis so that positivity prevails as much as possible.

The Support

Once we’ve mapped out your plan, I’ll be there to help you stick to it via bi-weekly 45-minute follow up coaching sessions. When the going gets rough, you can count on me to lovingly (and firmly) get you back on track.

The Results

You will feel empowered, confident, and optimistic throughout your entire first trimester, and certain about how to nourish yourself and your baby in the best way possible. There won’t be a moment you’ll need to guess about anything because I’ll be right there by your side.
